My client is an expanding new build industrial shed building and office fit out firm and experiencing a continued period of success and are looking for an Estimator to join their pre- contract team on a permanent basis.

The company expanding in this part of the industry and there will be room for career development within the Company.

The role will involve managing Drawings, Cost Planning, Design & Build contracts and produce scope documents from the early stages of the project. There will be a focus on Commercial Office Fit-Out as well as new build, steel frames, the successful candidate will be able to manage 5 to 25 projects simultaneously.

The main focus of the role is to provide estimating expertise to the organisation for projects in the home counties area.

Skills required include:
– Demonstrable
– Experience in Building Fit-Out’s and new build
– Ability to work from design drawings
– Cost Planning experience
– Sub-contract tendering is desirable but not essential
