Batching Plant Opperator (Concrete/asphalt) x2

The batch plant operator is responsible for making quality asphalt and providing it in a timely manner to the production crew. It is the batch plant operator’s responsibility to ensure that all the asphalt is produced to our required specifications

Batching the Asphalt:

• Look after the batching plant (daily)
• Fill aggregate hoppers, refill as required and needed.
• Schedule all filling of aggregate bunkers and cement silo.
• Keep area around batch plant clean and tidy
• Maintain batch plant (grease bearings, replace conveyor belts,)

Quality Control:

• Take test samples and record the results
• Keep records of all testing and batch tickets
